LIABILITY WAIVER

 

By booking or entering The Bunkr Golf Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Indoor golf involves swinging clubs and high-speed ball impact, which pose risks of injury.
   

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in simulator activities.
   

• You release The Bunkr Golf Co., its owners, and staff from liability for injury, loss, or damages that occur from use of the facility, except where prohibited by Georgia law.
   

• You are responsible for the actions and safety of any minor in your care.
   

• You agree to use the equipment properly and follow all instructions.
   

If you do not agree, you may not use our facility.
