REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Bunkr Golf Co., we understand that schedules change. The following policy ensures fairness and availability for all guests.

 

1. Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before your booking: Full refund or reschedule
   

• Less than 24 hours before your booking: No refund; rescheduling not guaranteed
   

• No-shows: No refund
   

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle.

 

3. Late Arrivals

Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not receive extensions or refunds.

 

4. Technical Issues

If Trackman or simulator equipment fails and prevents play, you will receive:

• A rescheduled session or
   

• A credit equal to the unused time
