Welcome to The Bunkr Golf Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking platform, or indoor golf simulator facility, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

[The Bunkr Golf Co.] [is an indoor golf social club with TrackMan powered golf simulators. You would be receiving messages regarding bookings, events, and promotional messages.]

  1. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the SMS number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  2. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [888-732-4197]

  3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

1. Use of Our Services

Our website, booking system, and indoor golf simulators are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise approved in writing. All users must follow facility rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions at all times.

 

2. Booking & Payments

Bookings are processed through the Trackman Booking & Payments platform. By booking a session or membership, you agree to Trackman’s terms as well as these Terms & Conditions.

A valid payment method is required to secure all reservations.

 

3. Minors

Minors are allowed at The Bunkr Golf Co.; however:

  • Minors under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times
     

  • Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors’ safety and behavior
     

4. BYOB Policy

We do not serve or sell food or alcohol. Guests may bring their own beverages, including alcohol, subject to the following rules:

  • Guests must be 21+ to bring or consume alcoholic beverages
     

  • Excessive drinking, unsafe behavior, and intoxication are not permitted
     

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest violating this policy
     

5. Conduct & Safety

Guests must:

  • Use equipment responsibly
     

  • Follow safety instructions
     

  • Refrain from aggressive, reckless, or disruptive behavior
     

Damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in repair fees.

 

6. Memberships

Memberships are non-transferable. Details regarding billing, cancellations, and renewals are outlined in our Membership Terms.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, photos, branding, copy) belongs to The Bunkr Golf Co. and may not be used without written permission.

 

8. Disclaimer

Use of indoor golf simulators carries inherent risks. By using our facility, you acknowledge and accept these risks. See our Liability Waiver for more details.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
